Jaime Dispenza – USAT Coach and Triathlete

“To Nathan Berg,
Two and a half years ago you performed a bike fit on my Scott Plasma 3 Time Trial bicycle. Before our
session, the bike was good , but it just never fit perfectly. I was always told, to climb on a time trial
bike was like a pilot sliding into the cockpit of a jet-fighter. My bike now feels ready for battle.
You are the only one, I send my athletes to, for a bike fit.
Thank you,”

“Nate, thanks for the awesome fit for me with my bike.  I was able to post some very solid bike times this past year.  I look forward to working with you in the future. ”

“Nathan Berg at Fit2Win Cycling is a wealth of knowledge about bikes and bike fitting.  I was initially fitted by Nathan after buying my first time trial bike on a whim. Nathan worked with me for several hours adjusting every aspect of my new bike to get it to fit me and the results have been amazing. Nathan talked me through every step of the fit, explaining how each adjustment would affect overall position and comfort, something which no other fitter had ever done for me before. After my fit I feel much more comfortable while being able to produce more power. I recommend Fit2Win to everyone I know, and I plan on coming back for fittings on my other bikes in the near future as well!”

“You only made minor adjustments to my bike, but they are all still in place today, more than a year later. I’ve since completed the 205-mile Seattle-to-Portland (STP) bike event with a personal best time of 11 hours 15 minutes (total time, including 4 off-bike rest stops). I also participated in the 2-day, New Mexico MS-150 bike event without stiffness or soreness in the butt or shoulders, despite a complete lack of conditioning. In short, the adjustments you made (including your recommendations to my on-bike nutrition plan) resulted in faster and more comfortable rides. You da man!”

“Nathan is amazing! So knowledgeable…as well as a good listener, which allows everything to come together in a way that makes for a perfect fit. While my changes were very slight, it makes all the difference, especially since my bike is my life, my work and my passion. I’m often on it for months at a time working cross-country tours.“
